PROJECT STATEMENT: This alley development project is part of the Sapulpa, OK, downtown master plan. Phase 1 transformed an alley between Dewey, Lee, and Hobson streets into a new pedestrian-friendly connection with destination points, seating areas, and public restrooms. Lighting and landscaping improvements create attractive dining and conversation spaces.
