This two-phase alley development project, part of the Sapulpa, OK, downtown master plan, transformed an alley between Dewey, Lee, and Hobson streets into a pedestrian-friendly connection with destination points, seating areas, and public restrooms. Lighting and landscaping improvements created attractive dining and conversation spaces.
