Jingying Chen

Getting to know Jingying:

In her free time, Jingying enjoys exploring art museums and cultural events across Oklahoma. She also loves traveling and discovering unique destinations around the U.S. and Europe. Drawing, painting, listening to music, and dancing are her lifelong hobbies, and she takes joy in cooking and swimming.

Interior Designer

Jingying graduated in 2023 from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Her passion for design was sparked during her five years as a project manager in the exhibition industry in China. Inspired by her experiences, she moved to the United States to pursue her dream of a design career and fulfill her personal aspirations.

Jingying believes in the profound impact of design: "I deeply understand how a well-designed, functional space can influence people's mood, experiences, and well-being. This is what I strive to enhance through my work."

She appreciates the collaborative and inclusive working environment in Reed: "I love the openness and diversity here. I've seen how Reed contributes to the Sapulpa community, supporting education and fostering growth in the schools. It’s great to be part of such meaningful work."
