Reed Architecture and Interiors has hired Computer-aided Design Technician Josiah Butler.

“Josiah is a great addition to our team,” said David Reed, founder and principal of Sapulpa-based Reed Architecture. “He is eager to learn and grow in his career and has a great attitude.”

Butler, a 2013 graduate of the Butler Home School Academy, obtained his certification in AutoCAD and Revit from the Tulsa Technology Center in 2021.

“I chose drafting because I like drawing and I wanted to do it for a living,” he said. “I liked to draw airplanes growing up. I have a passion for aviation.”

Butler appreciates Reed Architecture’s historic downtown Sapulpa headquarters and its work atmosphere. “I needed an environment where I could grow more and I could develop more,” he explained. “Reed Architecture provides that.”

Butler met David Reed through a men's discipleship group. “He expressed interest in finding a place that he could grow and be a part of team,” said Reed. “That desire aligned with our core values of Team, Trust, Respect, Fun and Joy."

Both expressed gratitude for this opportunity.

“He was sort of that answer to my prayer,” said Butler.

"We are grateful to have Josiah as part of our team and serve alongside him," added Reed.
