PROJECT STATEMENT: This renovation presented several challenges. The existing tenant space had:

  • A uniquely shaped floor plate that overlooked an event center arena.

  • Several immovable electrical and mechanical closets.

  • Exit stairs far from the office.  

Our renovation provided the Latham Wagner Steele Lehman law firm with a grand entry room, four conference rooms (one with foldable glass doors overlooking the arena floor), two large office areas, nine paralegal offices, 12 associate offices, six junior partner offices, six partner offices, various other administrative offices, and room for future expansion.
