Premier Consulting tasked Sparks Reed with designing a new headquarters for Spirit Bank’s Consulting and Planning group. The existing space was a two-story restaurant on the corner of the Spirit Bank Event Center. This space was converted into a premium executive office suite. The first floor consisted of a two-story entry/lobby area, five executive offices with their administrative staffing, a large conference room with pass-through catering, and an employee breakroom. The second floor housed 10 associate offices and a secure file storage room.
