PROJECT STATEMENT: Premier Consulting asked our team to renovate a former two-story restaurant for its headquarters. We converted that space into a premium executive office suite. The first floor featured an impressive two-story entrance, five executive offices with administrative staffing, a large conference room with pass-through catering, and a breakroom. The second floor offered 10 associate offices and a secure file room.​
