An epiphany led this 2021 graduate of Tulsa’s Holland Hall School to choose an interior design career. “I’ve always had this general fascination with home and building design,” she said. “But it wasn’t until I saw OSU offered an interior design degree that I thought, ‘That sounds fun!’”

 

Her summer 2024 internship at RAI validated that decision. “I mainly did churches then, and I really enjoyed that,” explained Lollar, who joined the Reed team in July 2025 after graduating in May. “I am a Christian, so designing schools and churches is fulfilling to me. And I like being able to see a project through to its completion. Reed Architecture provides me so many options, and I really love its ‘serving by design’ culture.”
