PROJECT STATEMENT: Spirit Bank hired us to renovate a vacant two-story space for its mortgage division office. Our designs gave the first floor a dramatic two-story lobby, the president’s office, several loan officer offices, an employee break room, and a conference room seating 12. The second floor added six loan officer offices, six smaller offices, a waiting room, and a conference room.
