VICTORY COLLEGE YOUTH BUILDING

Tulsa, OK
SQUARE FOOTAGE: 40,000

BUDGET: $6M

YEAR COMPLETED: 2020

PROJECT STATEMENT:
This addition to Victory’s existing facility allowed the administration to move back onto the campus after selling its off-site workplace to ORU. This building includes a 700-seat auditorium, eight classrooms, and more than 16,000 square feet of office and conference space. Learning stairs and a living moss display in the main lobby are just a few of its modern features. The building’s exterior mixes wood and metal finishes to lend a modern look to an otherwise classic existing structure, increasing its appeal to younger generations. Café string lights and entryway green space enhance its charm.
