ALLEY DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN, PHASE 1 RENDERINGS

Sapulpa, OK
YEAR COMPLETED: 2022

PROJECT STATEMENT: This alley project is part of the Sapulpa, OK, downtown master plan. This will transform an alley between Dewey, Lee, and Hobson streets into a new pedestrian-friendly connection with destination points, seating areas, and public restrooms. Lighting and landscaping improvements will create attractive dining and conversation spaces. Reed Architecture founder David Reed, who manages the master plan, said several outside businesses are eager to set up shop in the new district. Preliminary options include a brewery, restaurant, wine bar, playground, and outdoor theater.
